Find your ICCID number
Open Settings
Open the Settings app and tap "General".
What is an ICCID?
ICCID stands for Integrated Circuit Card Identifier. It is the unique serial number of a SIM card or eSIM: usually 19 or 20 digits, and it always starts with 89.
Got a question about your eSIM? Include your ICCID. That way we can see right away which eSIM it is, whether it is active and how much data you have left, so we can help you faster.
ICCID, IMEI and EID: what's the difference?
The same screen also shows the IMEI and sometimes the EID. The IMEI belongs to your phone and the EID to the eSIM chip inside your phone. The ICCID belongs to one specific eSIM. If you have several eSIMs, each one has its own ICCID. For questions about your travel eSIM, the ICCID is all we need.
When you top up your eSIM with an extra bundle, the ICCID stays the same.
Is it safe to share my ICCID?
Yes. The ICCID is a serial number, not an access code. Nobody can install your eSIM or use your data with this number alone. Your QR code and activation code are private though: only share those with us, never publicly.
Other places to find your ICCID
Can't find it in your phone settings, or haven't installed your eSIM yet? Log in to My eSIM: the ICCID is listed with every order. In our iPhone app you'll find it on your eSIM detail screen.
